Our Farm House
This historic-registered house has its origins in the 13th century. We have sympathetically restored it to provide all the comforts of modern living. At 240sq.m. (2590sq.ft.), the house comes with all the amenities of a relaxing modern home.
Upon entering the ground floor you will find yourself in the dining room, where the centerpiece is the custom made dining table that can seat up to ten diners in comfort. The woods for the table were all sourced from our property. Beyond the dining room, the sitting room offers cool solace should the summer heat get too much for you. The room faces east and with the walls of the house being at least 80cm (31in) thick, it stops the afternoon sun and heat from entering, while opening the east-facing window allows the afternoon sea breeze to enter. There is a TV with a sound bar provided in a corner of the sitting room where you can hook up your device for streaming. WiFi is provided.
On this floor you will also find one of the three double bedrooms as well as a full bathroom.
Should you wish to test your culinary skills, the modern kitchen is fully equipped. Guests are welcome to help themselves to our own fruits and vegetables, which we raise organically in our large vegetable garden. We have planted a small herb garden right outside the house—basil, rosemary, bay leaf, mint, oregano, and sage are all a step away from the kitchen door.
Up the stairs on the first floor are the two en-suite bedrooms. One bedroom looks to the east, facing the Adriatic and the other looks to the west, facing the Sibillini. You will find books and magazines around the house and each bedroom has a comfortable reading corner with a view. Both en-suite bathrooms are spacious and have a bathtub, bidet, toilet and large, open-plan shower. All of the beds are American king-size/UK Super King-size.
Outside, the covered loggia has a dining table with a bench and chairs to seat 6 in comfort. Discretely positioned away from the dining area, there is a small laundry room (for guests only) should you need it.
A stone walkway leads down to the 15m (50ft) private pool.
